No, if you've made a post in the last 12 months, it counts as "active". And even if not, just an email will get it re-activated.

The 0.4 draft is ready which opens the door to Atom. As soon as I'll have time I'll finish implementing it. It's done at 80% I'd say for us

Took a look at Salmon as well and it seems to be completely content agnostic + has envelopes in both XML and JSON so only PuSH that's needed
