Only tool missing on my new !Slackware !Thinkpad is !Inkscape. Building the deps with !Slackbuilds takes a bloody long time, though...

Maybe it is a client support of API subset advantage (or disadvantage..) but the new !identica looks just like the old in !choqok 1.1.

Yep, noticed this too - I was thinking desktop clients. I've been using mustard on 1.0.x for months ;-) it's great!

@jordanc yes, Mustard is great, except when statusnet hides nicknames in reply. it's a nightmare to follow conversations then :(

Building !LyX 2.0 !Slackbuild for !Slackware 13.37.

In today's !Linux install event in Odense, I plan to install !Slackware 13.37 on my machine and see if my !SlackBuilds still work.

@lstench Completely. I introduced Trisquel in my former office, and they worked with it without any problems.

@mjjzf Curious did all their hardware work out of the box or did you have to tweak it.

@lstench It worked completely out of the can, but they were very standardised office machines. No 3D graphics, no wireless, 3-5 years old.

Do any programs support Speex under !Slackware? I see it is available on !SBo, so I guess I would have to recompile a player to enable it?

Seems #Pcmanfm I built on !Slackware from the !Slackbuild does not pick up USB disk volumes. Hmmm. Permissions? Services? Suggestions?

@mjjzf Iirc, it needs PolicyKit present to mount them. Dunno if that would also prevent them showing.
