“Cue time” is language-specific.

@aleksejrs a key frame every 256 frames is apparently a common value. Broken encoders can have several minutes between key frames.

@cyberkiller ffmpeg ask libvpx to get a good quality (VPX_DL_GOOD_QUALITY), for live purpose realtime mode is faster and pretty good ;)
