@wikimedia I'm interested in OS usage stats. Everybody uses wikipedia, so visitor OS stats would be really useful. Are there such stats?

@fritzy No, in some cases ß was replaced by ss, but there are still many word, that can only be spelled with ß. The capital ẞ is useless :)

@spacehobo u'ß' is u'\xdf'. u'ß'.upper still is u'\xdf'. u'ẞ' is u'\u1e9e'. u'ẞ'.lower() is u'\xdf' -> you were right. I only used u'\xdf'.

@spacehobo maybe the other way around, because for me >>> u'ß'.upper()==u'ß' is True(same with lower), so it doens't change.

@spacehobo just checked it in python3...it's not possible that way: everything is in unicode in python3. But with just 'ß' still True, too:)

@schiessle add "rfkill block bluetooth" to a after startup/login script or gnome startup programs. couldn't find a better solution.
