@jaimealsilva Sorry. Thought you meant changing emoticon set (which is implemented) rather than visually choosing one to insert.
-
@jaimealsilva The latest certainly supports file transfer. Emoticons are the global ones set in system settings. Vid support is on it's way.
-
@djotaku It's not a Fedora specific thing. That's how they are named upstream...
-
@zoowar service userids should be below actual users so they don't upset normal numbering. Fedora was getting perilously close to 500.
-
@guixu758 Not many for C++11 but plenty for C++03. I learned from Thinking in C++ which is free online. Paid for depends on preferred style.
-
@dfunk Apparently it failed to build leading up to the F17 branch and nobody fixed it so it was removed as part of Fedora's regular cleanup.
-
Been using !fedora from the start and 17 is yet another triumph but there is too much resistance to updating mid release nowadays... :-(

@qwc The clock drifting in certain power states is a widely known bug. The dropping peers and/or writing wrong time is probably a bug
-
@qwc I know on some processors the clocks drift at various clock frequencies and states. The wrong time can be written back on shutdown.
-
@qwc I have had a battery go down in shorter time than that but it is unlikely. Software fault is a little more likely than hardware
-
@qwc If it happens even when off then either the wrong time is being written during shutdown or hardware issues or cmos battery low.
-
@qwc How reliable is your internet connection? I find if my connection is patchy ntpd/chronyd sometimes give up on all peers and drift off.
-
@miguel0n Or name after the last file added, the number of keys you had to press and plural if unix epoc % 2 == 1 when the name changed
-
@mavjs Looking at upstream there hasn't been an upstream release since July 2010 and the no other activity since Jan 2011.

@zinayto 'needs-restarting' provides a list of processes that need restarting. If those processes are system wide then obviously restart pc
-
@zinayto There is a command line program that can be used to check if a restart is required. Will post a name when i am near a computer
-
@zinayto Any program or library that is in use will require restarting the program. In some cases that involves restarting or logging out.
-
@djotaku It is a prerelease version of what will be grub 2. It's named grub2 to tell it apart from grub1 which is also in the repos.
-
@gombang As a wild guess something along the lines of ~/.kde/share/config/proxyrc but that is only a guess....
