Maybe not, but fourth amendment cases are very rarely about fixing injury, they've generally been about deterring future abuse.

@diablod3 Seems to me like the warrant should have specified what *messages* or *logs* to take, taking the server was too broad a warrant.

@ddevine Attacking the liberties of the many to possibly prosecute the one? That's a bastardization of warrant law if ever I heard one.
