@danbri IP addresses will usually work, but only on the standard 5222/5269 ports

@equitas Telling people to strip groups in RT is akin to telling them not to top-quote email. A losing battle when clients make RT so easy.

@equitas I also checked exactly how many people they are actually reaching (lots of people are members of both groups, so it could be worse)
