    Question: Avatar upload not working

    Question

    I am having trouble uploading my avatar to identi.ca. I select a .jpg file that is 152 KB to upload, then I am sent to an empty crop screen. I click "crop" and it says unsupported file format.

    I have tried to use the avatar upload feature with identi.ca but it rejects .bmp .jpeg .png files! It says unsupported file format? Can anyone help with this please.
