I am thinking of upgrading the regular Linux Mint 13 to the latest version of LMDE 2013. I like the fact it updates without a fresh install.

I'm using Linux Mint 13 Cinnamon and LMDE 2013 ( Debian ) Cinnamon. I like both, but I am glad I got the Debian working well.

A couple of months ago I made the switch to Linux Mint. I've used it before. Mageia 2 is very good. However, I needed some simplicity.

Adobe Flash is still necessary for so many things, but using an outdated flash most the time with both my Linux Computers is frustrating.

The latest Skype does work much better. I still like using Google Hangouts for video chats though, but I have friends who only use Skype.

I love the effort being made with Google+ and Google Hangouts, it's outstanding.

I will. I am going to check it out tonight. I hope its pretty smooth. I can't get a Chromebook yet. Already have two laptops and tablet.

Hopefully it will work ok and if I desire to I can install it on another partition if I want.

I just made a Live USB of Chromium OS Vanilla. I am going to check it out on one of my machines. I love my Linux Mint Cinnamon or Mageia.
