@x11r5 Spammer!
-
@vinc17 .. aren't RC.
-
@vinc17 Then don't use packages from experimental. Experimental is for things that will probably break, and experimental breakages ..
-
@csolisr MPlayer can render to a Linux framebuffer: `mplayer -vo fbdev …`. It also has a DirectFB output.
-
@vinc17 RC severities in experimental don't really make much sense. Add "important" to the severities by which apt-listchanges filters bugs.
-
@vinc17 There's no conspiracy to hide bug reports in the BTS from users of apt-listbugs. After all, you FOUND the bug report.
-
@vinc17 "Developers want to hide that" is a serious and baseless accusation. See commitment 3: http://www.debian.org/social_contract
-
@zykotick9 @baptistredbloom Agreed on !MPD & !ncmpcpp. The (mostly network transparent) client-server model works great for music playback.
-
@baptistredbloom I recommend w3m as a Web browser. Well polished & even supports tabs & images (with w3m-img in Linux framebuffer or xterm).
-
@csolisr You mean if you modify a SIL font? Conditions 1 and 3 (the further restrictions) of SIL OFL still apply.
-
@fontana Expediency, huh? :) Wait, how is OFL !GPL compatible? Even with #HelloWorldTheory, condition 3 remains (like PHPLv3.01 or ASLv1.1).
-
@csolisr It's much like vector graphic design, in fact. I recommend FontForge if you decide to make your own fonts.
-
@cwebber Synopsis: "git push ... [<repository> [<refspec>...]]". Way to remember: you can push 0 or more refspecs (branches or revisions).
-
@csolisr Your work by itself isn't "under the further restrictions", but the restrictions apply to the the XCF combined with the SIL glyphs.
-
@csolisr AIUI, it's impossible to simultaneously comply with the license of SIL font glyphs and the license of your XCF image.
