@samatjain Makes our applications portable, which is a distinct advantage for our customers, and it supposedly gives us a competitive edge.

@samatjain Whereas I think building native apps is the solution. They are mainly bespoke and I can't see them published in a market.

Downgraded my 32B #HTC Magic back to stock !android 1.6 last night. System ready to update now to stock Froyo (2.2.1) now.

@seawolf I found AppBrain useful in alerting me that pre-installed apps are updated and also you can mark an app to not update.

@seawolf get AppBrain and sync it, when apps need upgrading AppBrain will let you know. Once upgraded they will reappear in the market.

Just saw a #Waitrose tv ad with QR code on it. The QR code lead to the !android market and their Christmas app. I am such #geek.
