@evan's done a good job with the code, but he seems to like abstractions... and more abstractions. And classes. And hates raw markup. :-)

@frogpond - I haven't figured out how to set up any sort of federation... I see it in the code, but not sure how it's supposed to work.

Okay, foozik.com has most everything working but the Jabber server and some of the fancy URLs aren't fancy...
