Yes. Neither SD card, nor power supply (or screen and keyboard for that matter) are included. But at 35 USD; who can complain?

It is supposed to be delivered with Debian on it, and Ludovic Brenta has confirmed that GNAT (and GNAT-GPS) is compiled for the architecture

It can run on 4AA batteries. But what about powering it/recharging from solar cells. Would be cool.
