I had an interesting idea: Removing the system-wide binary for #properwm and replacing it with an auto-compile-then-run binary.

#ProperWM is now 25% better. Added orientation bindings (mod-page[up,down], autofocus/autofloat is per-tag, and fixed a rare-case segfault.

Added indicator style/height options to #ProperWM. Also, bar_height can now be set to 0 to default to the minimum.
