@aseigo, @eothred: A fix has been backported, KMail in KDE 4.4.5 uses Akonadi for autocompletion of addresses.

@mawspitau KMail 2 will be released when it is ready, hopefully together with KDE SC 4.5. It will include Nepomuk searching, yes.

@mawspitau That is a flaw in KMail 1, searches are too slow. In KMail 2, where we use Nepomuk for searching, things should be much faster.

Finally home, took >7h to get back from Osnabrück. Seems like the British rail system is not the only one that breaks down because of snow.

If you use #kmail with #spamassassin, beware of the year 2010 bug: http://lwn.net/Articles/36839. Innocent mails can land in the spam folder
