@jabz: Why not OpenOffice as a replacement for Pages, Keynote, and so-on? And I highly recommend PyRoom as an alternative to WriteRoom! :)

The camera is a 10MP Polaroid i1036. Works quite nicely under Linux. It uses SD/SDHC cards for storage, which I have a fair few of. :D
