@rysiek In English "patch" also means to put a patch on something broken, like a pair of pants or a tire. It's an imperfect fix.

That said, it'd sure be cool to have a client that could post to all: pump, SN, ~F, etc. But then it wouldn't work *well* with any of them.

@marjoleink yes, OStatus subscriptions from outside sites will stop working. Some effort will be required to reconnect.
