@Mike Linksvayer, it's not that I think the politics are at issue, it's the childish part. The cliques that you mention and the like, that are a real problem.

I don't mind politics (even if I don't like them, I see them as necessary and inevitable), but there's a difference between childish clique-like behavior and plain old politics.
