I've had great experiences with the mini computer and router I bought from them.
I don't know about their laptops... I haven't used them, but others I know have. I think the main blocking issue for me when I looked at it was that I didn't like the chiclet keyboard... but I guess that's pretty common on laptops these days. I also don't know if their current laptops still have that!
