I've now accrued over half a million non-spam emails (approximately 7GB) from the last decade. Every year the rate increases.

Yup, lots of both of those.
$ du -sh MailI've had this though for a while that I want to strip the text/html parts from any email with a substantial text/plain part. I reckon this might shrink the size of the archive by more than half.

the problem is finding anything in there!
