Over the weekend I continued my quest to migrate my blog from a static site built with Pelican, a Python application, to one built with Haunt, a Guile application.  One of the things I was sorely missing was a syntax highlighter a la Pygments. What a wonderful opportunity for shaving a yak!  I give you the beginnings of guile-syntax-highlight, a general-purpose syntax highlighter for Guile.

Currently only supports Scheme and XML. More to come as needs arise.
