#EagleMode is deliciously surreal. It's like peering into an alternate history where interface design for personal computing ended up being wildly different.

The entire interface is designed around zooming in, and conveying information accordingly. It's a bit clunky to use, though I could totally see something like this being useful as a server management frontend at some point. With some modern design polish, you could make some really crazy scifi interfaces.

Yeah, the entire design metaphor here is mind-bending. I would love to see what kind of other designs there are out there for this kind of thing.

I don't know if this is a vision of heaven or hell. It is wonderful and scary. Useful and nightmarish.
