Do you or your org use Subversion (SVN)? If so, how? E.g., for internal (non-published) trees or public ones? For code or non-code or both? Does your org use the path-based authorization feature?

No. bzr/brz & git.
at fsfla.org we still use a single SVN server with different subdirs for the public web site (ikiwiki), for an internal information repository (used to be svnwiki), and for software development repositories (linux-libre, irpf-livre). access to the top level is limited, and different permissions over different subdirs are granted to different sets of users
no, I only used it for pulling from OSS projects back in the day
Nope, just Git.
Well, and CVS for one specific thing, but that just requires pushing stuff once every few months 😅
