A 33% price increase coupled with a broken admin page that has all of the domain transfer actions "disabled" (known broken since at least March https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.php?p=122493&sid=6e0faf9ced3cf04229be5d44a746b383#p122493 …) is a great way to lose customers 123-reg.
