10 days on and other than being 5 degrees F hotter w/effects enabled, it's going well.

Actually I have an ATI video/Conexant audio combo. The IBM and HP drivers suck on other Laptops and Opensuse brownstains....

Unity is nicer than Gnome Shell, but I still prefer KDE. I plan on trying the social network Plasma widget to see how it fairs now.

So far, pretty good. Temperature was my big concern, & it's less w/ effects on... So I'm pleased.
