Anyone know why in !fedora 17 sometimes a program won't render a font in a specific color/size? Seen in emacs (90% of my usage) and git-gui.

AFAICT the bug isn't present in OpenJDK7 as I have compiled junit-truth successfully.

@gouessej OpenJDK6 has a type inference bug (bug 100167) that makes it unable to compile a ton of code, including junit-truth and Guava.

Way too much of my life has been spent debuggint problems that turn out be be caused by newline conversion.
