@bkuhn Sadly, the latter. It's enforced server-side as well so I can't even hack the client to ignore the disconnect message. :-/

Every day the VPN automatically disconnects me after 7.5 hours, which causes my ssh sessions to time out, which makes me want to SMASH.

While I admire you wanting to keep your home directory/dotfiles in git, can you try not to upload your passwords/keys/etc to github? Thanks.

Made it to SFO without any problems. Found bed bugs in the hotel room, so I'm staying with @jrbl instead...
