Headed in the office after being off for 3 weeks to bond with new daughter. Was really hard to say "bye" to the family this morning. :/

Starting Monday I'll be in the office for a week, then back on paternity leave. Its really helped me grow closer to my wife and kids.

It helps if you assign tasks to yourself in other universes. I'm doing great, but those Alter-Tims are really slacking on their tasks!
