joeyh, there's appreciable difference between backpedaling when someone in the audience takes your claims seriously (IIRC the first question was along the lines of "What do we use now that we can't trust SSH any more?") and the claims you make in a prepared presentation.

WRT GPG, I hope for more development involvement in the coming years, which should help even more than donations (but to the degree that those help, we who can't contribute directly should probably consider them as you suggest)
