Something on open source development culture (the ugly as well as the good stories we've all fed ourselves on for years) could of course be valuable. Paths forward, more inclusivity of good people, how to fairly exclude toxic people, and figuring out how to turn one into the other (and not vice versa?) Sounds like a tall order but I'd buy that book. :)
