@Splicer Free and clear. I don't depend on my phone nearly as much as other people seem to do, so my needs are modest. But that also means the price I'm willing to pay is much lower. When I am on the go, I get by with my cheap phone, which can tether, and a used Asus 1015PX. I really want to want that phone, but I may not be the right customer.
