This is a total #NerdWorldProblem, but I really wish more programming languages allowed the underbar _ in the middle of numerical constants. For example, 1_000_000 or 0xFFFF_FFFF.

The only language that I have seen using bars is APL and uses the upper bar to indicate a negative number.

Interesting. I wasn't aware of the APL syntax. The only languages I know of that allow underbars are Verilog and Parallax's Spin, and the few languages I've created always include that feature (but those don't count).
