User's experience of NixOps and Ansible

Interesting blogpost on an Ansible user trying out NixOps

The user expresses that the rollback feature of NixOps is a killer feature, and is "the right way to do it". Major complaint against NixOps seems to be the state file, which is an sqlite db. However, I hear that @David Thompson intends to use a version-controllable sexp written to disk, so maybe GuixOps will be all that NixOps is and more! :)

I will say once again how incredibly cool I find it that the GuixSD install is:

1. Write(edit the provided example) the system definition.
2. Apply.

... which does all the GRUBbing, package installation and whatever. Just doesn't partition your drive, I'm sure that is coming too if you want it to.
