Well, Comey still hasn't said anything about it.
But: Trump didn't order Comey to drop the Flynn investigation. He asked Comey to. By itself it's… scummy, but not something to do something about. It's the combination of that, the mention of other investigations that Trump says Comey should have dropped, and Comey being fired that raises eyebrows.

Yeah, tbh, firing the person investigating you because you didn't like them investigating you seems like more of an obstruction of justice issue than this.
I guess taken in aggregate though, things are getting bad.
