No charge against NY police officers who murdered Eric Garner

For those of you who haven't watched the video, these are the last words of someone who was taken down by 5 police officers:
Every time you see me, you want to mess with me. I'm tired of it. It stops today. I'm minding my business officer, I'm minding my business. Please just leave me alone. Please. Please, don't touch me. At no point in the video does Eric make any hostile actions, other than gesturing that the officers please do not touch him.
