Diaspora Native WebApp Update 1.5.5

Hello Diaspora!

I have just published an update with the following features and fixes.

• Icons change when there are new conversations and new notifications (see image). The change is kind of subtle, but I'm planning on improving this on future versions
• Added "Toggle Mobile" option to the menu.
• Fix: Hides the navigation bar on pods running development versions of Diaspora.
• Fix: Don't try to go back in browsing history if there is no history.
• Show the exit confirmation dialog when going back but there is no browsing history left.
• Go to the top of the page after loading a new link/page.
