Meh. That link might be politically offensive, but it's not sexually offensive or grotesque. Other than the broken cross, it really doesn't have any offensive images on the page. If the site triggers a filter at work, and the IT officials want to know about it, it should be fairly easy to explain.

Also, if there's any risk of viewing inappropriate content at work, then any link that you aren't 100% sure is SFW for your work enviroment, probably shouldn't be followed. Just make the assumption that all unknown links are NSFW.
