Looks like they're never putting back the XMPP interface, so Identica is now useless to me. Also the Livejournal link to my IRC channel is broken because LJ thinks it knows better than me and insists on changing an irc:// link to http://.  I do still hang out at irc.blitzed.net in #drhorrible if you ever want to chat.
