I'm waiting for this legal argument by the NSA:

"Your Honor, after the disclosures made via the press during the summer and fall of 2013, one can positively interpret that as sufficient notice that the NSA is going to collect all data about an individual that it can possibly collect. As such, any adversary, I mean person, who continues to use compromised systems (eg: Google, Facebook, Email, all Internet connections passing through our illegally, I mean, clandestinely placed fiber splitters, etc) has given explicitly permission for us to retain any and all information for present and future examination and prosecution, I mean protection."
