Having parks be sunrise to sunset really limiting in the winter. Heck, it's limiting all the time; I like to watch sunsets, which means going *until* sunset and then the wonderful dusk time. This is part of why people buy land. Or camp. Or hunt. Being outside, in nature, at night is amazing.

@cmhobbs But we know how to keep common spaces useful for all; it's not a free for all as the misguided side of the libertarians try to say. That was a cheap jab, but unfortunately the best way I could explain it.
