I just came across this video (via my wife). I haven't read/seen anything else from this person (they seem to fit in the "use the net to build an empire to sell things" type based on their blog, but I'm not sure) BUT the basic basic basic techniques in the video are good.

I just did them today and well, my back does feel nice.

Maybe it's just "first 5 minutes after glow" but I also tend to have a very tense shoulder/upper back and I do think it helped.
