Pretty cool: NASA proposes Free Software exception for contractors
Does anyone here have a contract that allows contributing to FS projects with code that was created during working hours?
In my opinion, a contract exception is not necessary to contribute FreeSoftware, the employer just have to allow it, because usually they hold the rights.
