Not only aquired, Gitorious is going away end of May. Manual migration needed even if you decide to roll over to GitLab. Not much time.
(I hear they may be uploading 4 tb of git repos to archive.org.)
Does Gitorious include a bug tracker?

They had initial support for bug tracking, but with no explicit way to enable it in the project settings. If I recall correctly, an admin navigating to the URL which should contain the bug tracker would be able to enable it.
