But it is a good OS. Another solution is Linux Mint (LTS or not) (Ubuntu based) (or Linux Mint LMDE (debian based)Mint hasn't KDE install CD but you can install KDE later through repositories

With over 1500 unread tweets, it was working fine for me some days ago. (over 300mb ram usage :D)
