I don't think I ever saw https://www.fsf.org/resources/service before. I suspect there are way too many potential providers for FSF to maintain a list like that, at least without a wiki and lots of people to help. But it could raise the bar and make providers listed meet criteria analogous to and as stringent as RYF. Probably not many would qualify and if they did that would be a very good thing. :)
