Another admittedly obscure license (would-be licensing classification/standard/philosophy in this case) thing about to be deleted from enwp. IMO there ought be room, but then I'm more or less on the inclusionist side, which is not what is currently stipulated in policy.

Not that I know of. There's http://deletionpedia.org/en/Main_Page re-launched last year but I can't tell if it's active (RecentChanges not working is not a good indicator though). It's an enormous task.
