wondering if Taler is bound to centralised non-free money and if it could be of interest of helping develop Open-udc / uCoin...?

These follow the principles of the Théorie Relative de la Monnaie , that describes a free/libre money system respecting the liberties and rights of the humans beings, (on the countrary to euro/dollar/bitcoin/...) and based on the same reasoning principle that led to Free Software definition.
