Great ! It is actually a good thing in term of spreading the Free Software Movement, as our local minister for economy in Wallonia (J-C Marcourt) is recognising this and upholding the development of Free Software and open data as a good thing for the economy : article -in fr- in lalibre.be

So hopefully we'll see state support going up :)
