as an interesting side effect of this sad story, we see the big French newspaper Liberation using a libre licence CC-BY-SA for the article covering the first redaction conference of the Charlie Hebdo satirical weekly after the shooting this week: with the explanation that they where the only one granted acces to the event, they offer the content freely. So now, in time of need, scoop pass from private property to common good ... It's great to see the spirit of freedom of information and journalism ethic coming along that way sometimes...
