Is there a possible nexus between pump.io federated messaging [or whatever the eff it is...] and a blend of in-browser outlining with wiki-on-the-side? Maybe pump.io could "support" posts formatted using this new thing called Owl? It's rather clever. Also has an Andoid app [still rough] and can use Bittorrent Sync.
